On the 17th of June 2017, SSIET organised an appreciation dinner to show gratitude and appreciation towards the committee members for their contribution and commitment for the whole semester. 16 participants attended the dinner which compromised of one YPS member, one non-IET member, and 14 committee members. Participants had gathered at Swinburne University at 6:30PM before departing to the venue by carpooling. At 7PM, participants arrived at the venue. Dinner is served after 15 minutes of waiting time. A total of 6 dishes was served and only a few are seafood due to food allergy of some participants. The dinner finished at 9PM and ended with a group photo before leaving for Swinburne University.
