As students, we can agree that stress gets to the best of us, especially during the examination period. On 29th November 2018, SSIET has organized a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Challenge, which is an apple-stacking mini game. The event provides a path to create critical thinking as well as stress relief. In the game, participants are to build a tower using apples within a given time frame.
At 10.30 am, the committees set up a booth at G-block with tables, computers and banners. The booth was then opened to students and visitors in the campus, with a fee of RM2 per challenge. The participants were allowed to try multiple attempts to get the highest score possible.
All the participants was given a pencil for each attempt. By 2pm, the scores of all attempts were tallied, and the participant with the highest score was announced
The participant with the highest tower was then able to win a 32 GB flash drive drive.
