On Wednesday, 18 September 2019, Swinburne Sarawak IET on Campus held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019. The event was held from 6.30pm-8.30pm at Room G407. The event was promoted on SSIET’s Facebook Page, Student Life’s Facebook page, Swinburne Sarawak Facebook page as well as through email.

In addition to the above topics, there was a 30 minutes meet and greet session that was facilitated by Lee Zhe Wei. New committee members were invited to ask questions regarding their position during the session.
The AGM was facilitated by Tsen Xin Hui (SSIET Secretary), Sarah Jane Kho (SSIET Vice Secretary), Joseph Jonathan (Refreshments) and Paul Cornelius Bong (Emcee of the meeting).
