Swinburne Sarawak IET On Campus organized an industry visit to Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a company manufactures and markets electronic test and measurement equipment and software. This event is an International collaboration with Swinburne University of Technology, Hawthorn Campus and Keysight Technologies. Total of 20 participants under the guidance of Dr Chua Hong Siang and Dr Ismat Hijazin were involved in this visit. The event was an International Collaboration with Swinburne University of Technology Hawthorn Campus and Keysight to provide an earlier exposure to students in manufacturing technologies and systems.
By the time of 2:00 pm, participants were greeted by Ms Kar In Cheah, Senior Officer of Human Resource Department and her team. Participants were asked to register at the security check. Then, the participants were led to a meeting room. Then, participants were gathered at the meeting room and took a group photo.
The event followed by Ms Kar In, a short presentation on the overview of the company. She explained the history of the company, as well as the internship and career opportunities offered by Keysight.
After a light refreshment and a tour around the campus, a plaque was presented as a token of appreciation to Ms Kar In and her team.
